Add hardware ROI/timing setup on PysilicoCamera with a short fps settle, clear-camera-dark support, and PlicoDM flat_cmd / zero_at_setup so bench YAMLs can configure DM and camera safely. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
