Also refactor it whilst at it.
FOS was decommissioned in February 2026. FOS started to stop being as used around March 2022. FOS has done it's job for it's 14 years of service. https://bsky.app/profile/textfiles.com/post/3me5lug2bas2o

The commit safeguards against uploads to [::1], and replaces "fos" with "ArchiveTeam targets"
