Adds a wiki page for the FlyFishRC F405, merged in ArduPilot/ardupilot#33624.
Content is adapted from the board's hwdef README added in that PR,
reformatted to the wiki's board-page conventions with :ref: links for
parameters and cross-references.
Verified locally: all pre-commit hooks pass (sphinx-lint, codespell,
rst literal blocks), and the copter site builds clean with
AP_SPHINXOPTS=-W (warnings-as-errors).
Relevant to #7475
