Talking points

We have discussed the remaining tasks regarding the final version of the application, plus how we plan to do the presentation.

Resolutions

With just one week left to finish the project, we do not plan to add any new functionality.

Documentation

Each of the members should finish their part of the documentation, in order to have it updated with the project.

Testing

Unit tests should be added to the most recent components in order to achieve an acceptable coverage. It has been decided to use the unit testing to generate the coverage report, as due to an angular bug/feature, just one type of tests can be used for it.

Plus, we should do some testing with users, at least to have some real work feedback. Not yet decided where to store the results.

Presentation

Thomas will create a video just in case the application does not work. Plus, he has created an online power point to create the slides we will use.

Ángel will contact Labra to ask whether the presentation should be casual or more formal.

Gatling

We have asked Labra whether the load tests with Gatling are mandatory. They are technically not, but he highly encourages us to do a few in order to show the results in the final presentation. Not assigned.

User manual

Almost finished. A link should be added to make it accessible from the application. Each of the members should post a photo and short description of themselves in an issue opened for that purpose, so they can be shown in the manual section regarding the developers.

License

Now that the project will be tried out, seen and studied by outsiders, the license will be changed with the GPL, which protects the work of the team while still remaining as free software.
