We do this on purpose because some plugins require admin rights. Without this, you'd get a UAC popup whenever Artemis auto-runs which would be very annoying. So I prefer having this popup once, when enabling auto-run. When auto-running and not requiring admin rights, Artemis automatically jumps down to running as non-admin. |

It is possible to install artemis without admin, it would be nice to be able to set up autorun without admin perms.
