Added the possibility to increase/decrease the sensitivity of the visualizer to compensate for devices that are too loud/not loud enough. Also added a sensitivity slider for those who think the visualizer is a bit too volatile!
These 2 options are available in the main tray icon, under the Options submenu. They're implemented as trackbars.
Also added an ExamplePlugin in case somebody wishes to create their own plugins for this visualizer.
Also also added a new minor visualizer mode (Spectrum Rainbow Foreground)
