This PR updates the GitHub Pull Request Labeler configuration to match the repository’s current src/playbook/... layout so labels are applied correctly when relevant files change.
Changes:
- Narrowed the
playbooklabel scope fromsrc/**/*tosrc/playbook/**/*. - Updated label globs for
appx,components,services,tweaks, anddesktop folderto reflect the newsrc/playbook/...paths.
