When the redundant "whole entire" is encountered it suggests choosing either "whole" or "entire" to replace it. Work-in-progress for now since the special version that prevents "a entire" resulting does not work if both lints are enabled.

How Has This Been Tested?
I added atomic tests for the phrase on its own and real-world tests with sentences found on GitHub.
