Sync: Allow syncing WooCommerce assorted settings page options

Proposed changes

• This PR allows WooCommerce settings page options to be synced from the following pages: Integration, Point of Sale, Multi-Currency and Site Visibility. The intention is to then display these option changes on the Activity Log later.

Testing instructions

To test, on a Jetpack-connected Jetpack API sandboxed site with WooCommerce installed and active, apply this PR using the Jetpack Beta tester plugin (or apply locally).

• Visit WooCommerce > Settings > Point of Sale ( ?page=wc-settings&tab=point-of-sale), and toggle / change various options. Do the same for Site Visibility (?page=wc-settings&tab=site-visibility) and Integration (?page=wc-settings&tab=integration). Note that to see the 'WooCommerce PayPal Payments reCAPTCHA' tab on the Integrations page you will need to install and activate the PayPal Payments plugin. Follow steps via the learn more link on the Integrations tab to set this up to use keys (same for MaxMind GeoLocation).
• For WooCommerce > Settings > Multi-Currency, you will need to have WooPayments installed (via the Payments tab), and on the WooPayments settings page, enable Multi-Currency.
• For WooCommerce > Settings > Square, you will need to have Square installed and active (via the Payments tab).
• View the jetpack-audit* logs for your site and you should see the relevant updated_option actions being logged.
• Alternatively, test with 222641-ghe-Automattic/wpcom to confirm Activity Log entries show
