Added a comment on the server PR. Once we're able to discuss that, this is likely good to go. It's a straight forward update.

This adds the blog theme name to the compatibility data, and updates the server after theme is switched.
Testing instructions
npm run changelog
to add a changelog file, choosepatch
to leave it empty if the change is not significant. You can add multiple changelog files in one PR by running this command a few times.Post merge
