Diff between old file and new file.

Follow-up to #1146.

Proposed changes:

  • Updates Inbox endpoint to extend WP_REST_Controller.
  • Splits out actors inbox into separate controller
  • Adds schema information for Inbox endpoint.
  • Splits out inbox unit tests.

Other information:

  • Have you written new tests for your changes, if applicable?
