Update some product descriptions in Jetpack product lightboxes

Proposed Changes

• This PR updates some of the product descriptions used in lightboxes on the Jetpack pricing page.

Why are these changes being made?

• Product descriptions were updated to reflect new product features.

Testing Instructions

• Check out this pr in your local Calypso development environment
• Start Jetpack cloud with yarn start-jetpack-cloud-p
• Now, navigate to: http://jetpack.cloud.localhost:3001/pricing
• Click the "more about Complete" link that shows near the bottom of the Jetpack Complete pricing card. This will open the product overview lightbox.
• In the lightbox confirm that the text for Boost reads "Speed up your site, improve SEO, and track site performance over time.'"
• Confirm also that the "Unlimited shared" callout has been removed from the social product (because all tiers of social have unlimited shares).
• You can check cloud.jetpack.com/pricing to compare the old version:
