🔎About the feature

This is the place to manage your tag contents. The standard for doing that is NDEF, little chunks of information like a link, a text or a shortcut. Here you can scan, save contents, create contents and of course write it on your tags.

🕹Tutorial

See all records on a tag

  • Open up the NDEF manager, scan your tag and there you go!

  • In the results, you'll see a list of the NDEFs on the tag in excruciating detail. In the other tabs you can find even more information on the tag and the read performance.

  • You will also find the button to associate the scan at the bottom of the list. Doing that will allow you to see this result in your upgrade's info.

  • The records have a small save button. Hold it to add them to your library for later use. Tap the record to see further details.

Write records to a tag

  • Open up the NDEF manager and tap the second option: edit mode. This is where you can assemble a collection of records and write them.

  • Tap the "+" button to create a new record. You have multiple options: select one, complete it, and tap "Add".

  • You can now see the record you just created. Feel free to add more. Once you're done tap "Write" and approach your tag.

  • ZINC will overwrite the tag with the records you just created!

Saving and managing your record library

  • Records in a scan result or an upgrade info page will have a small save button. Hold it to add this record to your library.

  • The third tab in NDEF Manager is your record library. Here you can look at and delete saved records.

  • When writing a tag you can quickly add your saved records. They will show up in the last tab of the record creation page.
