fix: Identity provider authentication issue resolved

Purpose

• This pull request enhances the post-deployment setup scripts to ensure the deployer user is granted the "Container Apps Contributor" role at the resource group level. This direct role assignment is necessary for configuring Microsoft identity provider (Easy Auth) on container apps and avoids issues with group-based RBAC. The changes are made idempotent and include error handling for insufficient permissions.

Role assignment improvements:

• Both post_deployment_setup.ps1 (PowerShell) and post_deployment_setup.sh (Bash) scripts now attempt to directly assign the "Container Apps Contributor" role to the deployer user at the resource group scope, ensuring manual Easy Auth configuration is possible and sidestepping group-based RBAC issues.
