[Google Workspace CCF connector] Add multi-environment support

Summary

Adds support for connecting multiple Google Workspace environments to the Google Workspace Activities CCF connector in a single Microsoft Sentinel workspace.

Changes

• Adds an Add connection pane with a friendly connection name and independent Google OAuth authorization.
• Generates unique poller resource names using the connection name, preventing subsequent connections from replacing existing ones.
• Adds connection metadata to the connector grid.
• Enables deletion of individual connector resources.
• Updates the solution package and version from 3.0.6 to 3.1.0.
• Updates release notes.
