This test likely needs to be rewritten to use benchmark.net and moved to the performance test dll

Updates perf tests to:
- Set up benchmark collections
- Compare text and binary transport serialization
- Allow multiple queries to be tested at once
- Generate formatted CSV files
- And other misc. improvements
