grpc 1.79.2 → 1.79.3 (core azd module)

🟡 Security fix — patches authorization bypass via malformed :path headers in grpc/authz interceptors. azd uses custom JWT auth (not grpc/authz), so not directly vulnerable, but keeping dependencies current is best practice.
