Updates the azd extensions registry to make the newly published azure.ai.agents 0.1.38-preview release installable, using the release’s published artifact URLs and SHA256 digests. The diff also reflects a regenerated registry.json where previously HTML-escaped sequences (e.g., \u003c, \u0026) are now written as literal characters, without changing the parsed JSON values.
Changes:
- Add
azure.ai.agentsversion 0.1.38-preview toregistry.json, including artifacts (URLs + sha256) and dependency onazure.ai.inspector. - Regenerate
registry.jsoncontent so usage strings and descriptions are no longer HTML-escaped (e.g.,<command>,&,>...).
