Bumped PowerShell version to 7.1.0.

Releasing new Host versions.
V3 Release
V2 Release

Hello @alexandair -- Thank you for sending this out.

Unfortunately, we cannot take this change. We would like to keep consistency between the PowerShell version installed on the container and the PowerShell version used for running Functions.

We do plan to support PowerShell 7.1 via a container, but that will be a separate image. Currently, we do not have an ETA for this yet.
