The changelog correctly compares against the previous stable release (10.0.0), no alpha versions are present, and all changed review files are submodule-scoped (arm-apimanagement-api-*-node.api.md) and excluded from review per guidelines. The main review/arm-apimanagement-node.api.md was not modified in this PR.
