This PR syncs the eng/common telemetry hook script with the corresponding updates from azure-sdk-tools (PR 14716), keeping hook behavior consistent while simplifying the implementation.
Changes:
- Replaces the opt-out early-return (
AZSDKTOOLS_COLLECT_TELEMETRY=false) inline JSON/exit with the sharedWrite-Successhelper. - Removes the unused
Get-Propertyhelper function from the telemetry script.
