Pull request overview
Syncs the eng/common local SDK workflow instructions with the corresponding updates from azure-sdk-tools PR 14735, primarily by adding explicit “checkpoint commit” stages to the TypeSpec local generation workflow.
Changes:
- Adds a “commit generated changes” checkpoint after generate/build and a “commit final changes” checkpoint after metadata/changelog/version updates.
- Updates the outlined workflow steps and renumbers subsequent sections accordingly.
- Reorders the changelog/metadata/version update bullets for consistency.
Add commit checkpoint steps (Step 3 and Step 7) to prompt users to commit generated and final changes during the local SDK workflow. Reorder steps and clarify the high-level overview presentation as a MUST action. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
