@gapra-msft Adele made some changes to the E2E tests specifically to allow multi runs in a single session. This PR is dependent on that |

Description
This PR builds upon the
Scenario_UploadFilesWithQuotatest. Here, it simulates the user increasing the quota to fit all files and resuming the job to successfully upload all the filesFeature / Bug Fix: (Brief description of the feature or issue being addressed)
