Breaking changes

This release includes updating the module to azapi. This is a major change and we have added moved blocks for state migration.

We have also added support for App Service Managed Instance in this release.

NOTE: This module was incorrectly released as v1.0.0 by the module owner. It is not possible for us to roll this back and as such the change has been released as v2.0.0.
