All BCUninstaller releases include a help file in .html format by default, you can refer to it when offline.
If you get an EntryPointNotFoundException crash on startup like the one above, you most likely have to run Windows Update and let it install all system updates. I don't know which update fixes this issue, but you definitely don't have to update your OS (if it's on the supported list).
