This repository contains the scripts to process data available at PopHuman.uab.cat. The pipeline downloads raw data from pophuman and returns main merged tables by populations and statistics, empirical Pvalue and plots. All results returned were used and formated to be included in PopHumanScan.uab.cat at proper JSON or HTML format.
The pipeline is divided in two main parts:
- RawDataProcessing.ipynb: neccesary to download and process desired pophuman.uab.cat data in order to treat raw data as DataFrames. It returns neccesary data to continue the pipeline.
- popHumanAnalysis.ipynb
