Duplicate intervention with cost lines

Add a duplicate button which will send a request to a view to duplicate the intervention (changing the name) and related cost lines.
How to test
Go to settings > interventions.
Duplicate one without cost lines and one with cost lines.
It should work, the newly created intervention should have
(copy)in its name and cost lines should be duplicated as well.Try to modify cost lines, it should not modify cost lines from original intervention.
