- dropped Python 3.10 - support 3.11 - 3.14 (test and installation) - add explicit setuptools<81 dependency - guard agains installations where PROPKA 3.1 will fail - remove when newer PROPKA works (see gh-20) - updated docs env: use 3.14 or >=3.11 and setuptools<81

Thanks for the review @IAlibay . The Windows runners seem to have issues installing MDAnalysis (I think) — will need to look into this more carefully. |
