- Emit HAS_POTIONS in trainer_config and include potion bit budget in DATA_SIZE recommendation.
- Pack potion zone + cooldown bits into PackedSfen and preserve them across convert paths.
- Mirror NNUE hash gating / HalfKAv2 changes so tool-side NNUE stays aligned.
