Add info message for missing Ford inventory results

The Ford inventory has changed in substantial ways, and with this breaking change inventory searches for Ford EVs show an error message to users. This release changes the error message to an Info message, to better inform around what's going on, and directing to the Ford website.

There's work in progress to get this fixed, but it's a pretty substantial refactoring and will take some time.
