This PR adds Simplified Chinese translation under the ’zh-CN‘ folder, migrated from the previous ’zh-Hans‘ folder.

On Simplified Chinese Windows 10 systems, PowerShell returns ’zh-CN’, not ‘zh-Hans’.
As a result, the installer fails to detect the existing translations unless a ‘zh-CN’ folder is present.

  • Copied ‘installer.psd1’ from ‘zh-Hans’ to ‘zh-CN’
  • Removed the previous ‘zh-Hans’ folder

This file is directly based on "zh-Hans".

The installer currently detects system locale as "zh-CN", not "zh-Hans". As a result, existing Simplified Chinese translations in the "zh-Hans" folder are not being loaded or recognized during installation.

My current testing environment is Windows 10 Professional Edition / 22H2.
