CI Reworks

  • Continuously build on every push or PR
  • Add innosetup build for windows
  • Generate release on manual dispatch
  • Add proper caching
  • Generate icons before building

Build Changes

  • Regenerate native build files for the latest Flutter template
  • Change app distributor ID from com.example to edu.binghamton.rover
  • Rename output executables from "rover_control_dashboard" to "rover_dashboard"
  • Fix Android build
  • Set app display name on all platforms to "Rover Dashboard"
