This PR adds a Claude skill to the repo which handles many of the workflows that a user may be interested in performing. It works fairly well, enabling the launch of standard usages of the package, working with the published checkpoints, preparing the data correctly without requiring too much of the user. It has been tested within claude cli but it should work with other agents also.
