…espondence (Bitcoindefi#22) New check for any new filing inside a case that already has correspondence with the same counterpart: re-read the draft against everything already SENT - not against itself in isolation - hunting three defects: factual contradictions with what was said before, previously corrected or discarded theories/computations resurfacing uncorrected, and logics that end up conceding the opposite of what the filing argues. Each finding enters the traffic-light table as red ammunition for the counterpart, citing the earlier piece and date. Step zero makes the sent-items log a workspace standard, since without it no such check is possible.
