v2.0: Kerr eccentric equatorial waveforms

This release upgrades FEW to version 2.0, and includes a host of changes. A non-exhaustive list:

• A new waveform model for eccentric inspirals into spinning black holes on the equatorial plane
• New Python-based trajectory module and ODE framework
• Complete overhaul of package structure, including installation, documentation and code maintenance.
