• boagent can now be called in cli, without uvicorn runtime, through api/cli.py
• first command implemented in cli.py is: prometheus-push mode to push metrics to Prometheus PushGateway
• boagent now uses proper python logger, allowing for multiple log levels and formatter configuration
• an environment fil can now be used to tweak configuration, default route is /etc/boagent/.env
• it is also now available on PyPi: https://pypi.org/project/boagent/
