lazyattr was moved from tifffile to czifile in tiffile==2025.3.13 and czifile==2019.7.2.1 this change simply imports from whichever works

lots of breaking changes in that release included adding czi_file.scenes and CziImage.start and deprication of lazyattr and introduction of sizes

These mostly maintain the interface of CZISceneFile (with the exception of max_workers being changed to maxworkers) while upgrading to czifile v2026
