Added a Flux based dashboard for Influxdb v2 to data/ for testing support with PRs like #242. It is also built on Grafana v9.x so some features that are currently used in the official Varken dashboard are missing as they are no longer supported (e.g. full table row coloring). I mirrored the official one as best I could.
The dashboard is currently missing the Ombi Requests, Sickchill's TV Shows, and the Server Popularity panels.
