We are going to manually translate miniFluxDiv into SPF API and then generate c code that should in theory have the exact same results as unmodified miniFluxDiv. In order to test that the original and generated versions produce the same output our plan was to introduce a simple for loop at the end of the main routine that just dumped the result. By writing both outputs from both versions to separate text files we can then just diff the two to look for differences.
