A simple ban and mute plugin
/bbansreload - Reloads the bbans messages.
/ban <target> <reason> - Bans a player for a reason.
/tempban <target> <time-in-minutes> <reason> - Temporally bans a player for a reason.
/unban <target> - Unbans a player.
/mute <target> <reason> - Mutes a player for a reason.
/tempmute <target> <time-in-minutes> <reason> - Temporally mutes a player for a reason.
/unmute <target> - Unmutes a player.
The target player can be offline, but it must have logged once on the server first.
