Integration of OnvifRtspLauncher autogen.sh to build OnvifRtspLauncher camera.ts is currently hardcoded to omxh264enc for raw usb camera and picam CameraDevice
Removed hardcoded omxh2644nc
- If RTSPServer type 3 is used, python based gstreamer will be used - If RTSPServer type 4 is used, embeded snapshot feature will be used - Everything else will use ffmpeg (Default rpos behavior)
Added OnvifRtspLauncher build dependencies

These changes are enough for Wavestore VMS to show the bouncing ball test image and to receive PTZ commands
