Get coverage working

Here are some modifications I tested with

I puzzled some of the fragments of ros-industrial#504 and this is working work coveralls and codecov.
Maybe you can edit your description especially for coveralls accordingly to https://github.com/agutenkunst/ros_testing_demo_pkg/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci-noetic.yml

My next steps would be:

• Check that everything works with python as well
• Check that it works on other CI systems (Travis, Gitlab etc)
