CYD-E28R28T Implementation

Warning

This implementation needs to be tested on actual hardware, will update when that is done by @KlutzyBlade in NellowTCS#4

Changes:

• Add implementation for CYD-E28R28T. This implementation doesn't have the SD Card, due to the same bad design and pin limitations as the original CYD (CYD-2432S028R).
• Edit .gitignore for some missing things.
• run chmod +x on some buildscripts
• Make EspLcdDisplay's reference public for access from drivers (might not be needed)

I still have to implement the newer system/API however (startLvgl, stopLvgl, the new createDevices)
