This PR updates the base Docker images used in the multi-stage build process to newer versions, specifically bumping Node.js from 24.10.0 to 24.11 and nginx from 1.29.2 to 1.29.3.
- Node.js base image updated from 24.10.0-alpine3.22 to 24.11-alpine
- nginx base image updated from 1.29.2-alpine-slim to 1.29.3-alpine
