[TASK] Update release process to include demo site

🚧 What needs to be done

Update our release process to include a deploy to the demo site to make sure it's aligned with what's in prod

🤔 Why it needs to be done

To make sure all our public-facing envs are aligned.

🏗️ Acceptance Criteria

• Extend documentation to include releasing to the demo site
• Figure out how to automate running of the ops container against demo on deploy

• See documentation for manual ops container run here. Ping the eng team for creds for the demo DB
