Description

Getting new team members set up to run and debug the FHIR converter can be tricky. We need to create a wiki article to guide developers through this process and include troubleshooting tips for common errors that we encounter.

Acceptance Criteria

• Instructions for how to build and debug the FHIR converter
• Common errors and how to fix them

Some of the setup and build instructions may already exist in the fhir-converter container readme.
