What needs to be done

  1. Update FHIR conversion for social determinants of health observations (see FHIR conversion notes below)
  2. Add social history questions to the Social History section of the eCR Viewer

Acceptance Criteria

FHIR conversion

  • Update FHIR conversion for social history observations
  • Update FHIR conversion unit tests & snapshot tests

eCR Viewer

  • Add social history questions to the eCR Viewer
  • Update test fixtures/unit tests

Technical Notes

FHIR conversion IS required for this ticket.

  • We create Observation resources for each of the social history question entries, but we don't convert the entryRelationship -> observations inside each social history question entry.
    • Search for the entry observations with templateId 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.38 and with
<code code="8689-2" codeSystem="2.16.840.1.113883.6.1" codeSystemName="LOINC" displayName="History of Social function"/>
