UAT: Bug with Lab observation display

What needs to be done

For the Orange Blossom eCR, we're noticing a bug with the lab display.

The DiagnosticReport resource has a third observation, but it has an unknown code/coding and no other relevant information. In the viewer, it's showing up as its own observation (as unknown) -- and I don't think this should be the case. Why is this being displayed / is there information that should be in this observation that we missed during FHIR?

• Dig into the unknown observation and either remove from the Lab display or make sure if there is missing information that it is properly converted to FHIR
