Increasing request timeout not resolving Issue- Still unable to process messages #1236
Description
Summary-
Increasing the request timeout with 8.2.1 release for requests from the viewer to the orchestration service originating from /process-ecr is not resolving the issue with ingestion.
Related Issue-
Acceptance Criteria-
GIVEN /process-ecr is called
Increasing timeout need to process message successfully and won't create backlogs.
or other solution needs to implemented.
