UAT: Occupation Data not displaying

**What needs to be done**
Occupation Data & History is not showing up in DIBBS Viewer. This elements started coming uo with CDA R3.1 standards.

**Why it needs to be done**
UAT request

**Acceptance Criteria**
Occupation Data elements needs to be visible in DIBBS viewer.
